Location Strategy Opens San Diego Office

Location Strategy, a leading firm in commercial real estate research and analytics is thrilled to announce the opening of its new office in San Diego, California. This strategic expansion underscores Location Strategy's commitment to growth and its dedication to serving its clients and stakeholders more effectively.
“San Diego made so much sense for our next location. California is the 5th largest economy in the world – and with our existing presence in Texas, a California office puts us at both poles of the US economy. We believe the California real estate community will be receptive to Location Strategy’s brand of fast, affordable and smart research,” according to Scott Davis, President of Location Strategy.
The San Diego office will provide a comprehensive range of real estate research services tailored to meet the specific needs of the local and regional development communities. Julie Chang, Director, a residential and multifamily investment real estate veteran with a data analytics background will run the office.
“Julie is a great addition to our team; she has a background in financial and data analysis from Wall Street - but she can bring the perspective of the buyer - the ultimate end user - from the very beginning of the planning process.”
Julie says, “As I have worked with investors to navigate the hyper local multifamily landscape and infill residential development opportunities - my market data background has had me hunting for the data to best understand market dynamics. Real estate analytics has so much opportunity to improve and I look forward to providing new insights where gaps exist to firms throughout the real estate capital stack.”
